A local photographer was charged with trespassing a few weeks ago for taking pictures of a coal-fired power plant here in America (New Florence, Pa). His photos showed he was outside of the property. I hesitate to photograph steel mills because I expect someone will come out and chase me off. This was supposed to be a free country, what happened?
